11am / 7pm – Sitges Experience with lunch (Speciality: Paella – included)

Barcelona Gay Pride 2017 Holiday Package

Just 40 minutes away from Barcelona, Sitges is one of the most famous gay places in Spain. Picturesque streets, gay beaches and an area full of clubs, restaurants and shops make this town one of the most popular gay destinations in the world.

We will pick you up by bus to make the trip to Sitges, where you will see many of its highlights including the Promenade, which leads to the Church of San Bartolomé i Santa Tecla. Here, you will have one of the best views in town.

From there we will visit some of the most important monuments like Cau Ferrat, the Museu Maricel, the Casa Bacardí and the Fundación Stämplfi, among others (from the outside only).

At around 1pm we will enjoy lunch at one of the best local restaurants, situated in front of Sitges’ gay beach. After lunch you will have 3 hours to go to the gay beach and get your tan on while making new friends, visit a cultural centre or have a relaxing drink. Finally, we will go back to Barcelona at around 6pm.

Dinner – We will recommend a local restaurant (not included)

 Friday July 7th

10pm / 1pm– Modernism and Gaudi Tour with lunch (Speciality: Contemporary Catalan Cuisine – included)

With this 2 and a half hour tour, you will be able to enjoy the most renowned modernist buildings in the city such as La Pedrera, Casa Batlló, Casa Amatller and Casa Lleó i Morera. We will also dive into the streets of the Eixample district and discover other lesser-known but equally spectacular architectural gems like the Casa Calvet, Casa de les Punxes or Casa Macaya.

The tour makes headway in the Sagrada Familia, a church that has been in construction for over 100 years, where you will be able to marvel at the meticulously and richly decorated exterior which portrays many biblical scenes and emphasizes Gaudi’s deeply religious nature. This is one of Barcelona’s most iconic landmarks, and it will leave you speechless.

You will go inside the church without the tour guide for around 25min.

After visiting the inside, at around 1pm we will head back to the gay neighbourhood to have lunch at our favourite local restaurant.
